2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. parsley

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Use an electric mixer at medium speed to mix all ingredients until well blended.
Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate.

Hollandaise Sauce Ingredients
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup butter
2 to 3 teaspoons of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Put some water in the bottom of a double boiler.
Put egg yolks and 1/3 of the butter in the top of a double boiler.
Cook over boiling water until the butter melts, while stirring rapidly.

Gumdrop Cookie Ingredients
1 cup Shortening
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup shredded Coconut
2 cups uncooked Oatmeal
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 lb. Gumdrops, cut into small pieces and floured
How to Make Gumdrop Cookies Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs.
In a separate bowl, mix together all dry ingredients, except coconut, gumdrops, and oatmeal.
Mix dry ingredients into the batter.
Add coconut, gumdrops, and oatmeal.
Drop a teaspoonful of dough onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges of the cookie are brown.
Remove cookies and place them on a wire rack to cool.

Ginger Snaps Ingredients
3/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg, beaten
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
2-3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions How to Make Ginger Snap Cookies Recipe
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Cream together shortening and sugar.
Add molasses and beaten egg. Beat well.
Sift together the remaining dry ingredients, except granulated sugar.
Slowly mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture.
Roll the dough into 1/2″ balls and dip into granulated sugar.
Place balls 2″ apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the ginger snap cookies from the oven and place them on a cooling rack.

Gingerbread Cookie Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon salt (or less)
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup molasses
2 tablespoons vinegar
6 cups flour
Instructions How to Make Gingerbread Cookies Recipe
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Sift together sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
Blend in oil, eggs, vinegar, and molasses.
Slowly knead in flour.
Roll dough and cut cookies.

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 cup molasses
1 1/2 cups flour

3/4 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 cup boiling water
Instructions How to Make a Gingerbread Recipe
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Beat shortening and sugar until creamy.
Add egg and molasses and beat well.

Alternately add molasses and boiling water to the dry mixture. Beat after each addition.

Fudge Sundae Pie Ingredients
1 cup evaporated milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 teaspoon salt
vanilla wafers
1 quart vanilla ice cream
Pecans
Instructions How to Make Fudge Sundae Pie Recipe
Put evaporated milk, chocolate morsels, miniature marshmallows, and salt into a saucepan.
Heat on low heat until melted and thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and allow to cool to room temperature.
Line the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan with vanilla wafers.
Spoon 1/2 quart of ice cream over the wafers.
Spoon on 1/2 of the fudge mixture.
Add another 1/2 quart of ice cream and then the remaining fudge mixture.
Top with pecans.
Place in freezer to harden, about 3 to 4 hours.

Firecracker Salad Ingredients
1 3-ounce package of cherry, raspberry, or strawberry Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
16 marshmallows
Watercress
Whipped topping
4 marshmallows to make stars
Instructions How to Make Firecracker Salad Recipe
First, in a bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add cold water and stir.
Pour to 1/2″ thick in a small oblong pan.
Chill in the refrigerator until almost set.
Arrange marshmallows on top of the Jell-O in four rows, four to a row. Allow space between the rows.
Pour on remaining Jell-O, and chill until completely set.
Arrange the watercress on a plate.
Slice the Jell-O mold between the rows.
Lift out each “firecracker” with a spatula and place it on the watercress.
Make a fuse with the whipped topping.
Wet kitchen scissors and cut stars out of 4 marshmallows. Place on top of the firecracker salad.
