Firecracker Punch Ingredients
4 cups cranberry juice
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 cups pineapple juice
1 Tablespoon almond extract
2 quarts ginger ale
Important Tip: Check to see if any guests are allergic to nuts. If someone is allergic, omit the almond extract.
Instructions How to Make Firecracker Punch Recipe
Combine cranberry juice, sugar, pineapple juice, and almond extract.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add ginger ale just before serving.
Serve Firecracker punch cold. However, do not add ice as it dilutes the drink.
Note: Leftovers do not store well, as the ginger ale in the punch goes flat.
Allergy Note: Leave out the almond extract if any guest is allergic to tree nuts.

Figgy Pudding Ingredients
The list of ingredients in this recipe is oh so long. But the pudding is oh so delicious.
12 dried figs, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup spiced rum
1/4 cup brandy
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/ 4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried apricots, chopped (or other dried fruits)
Whipped cream or whip topping
How to Make Figgy Pudding Directions
In a small saucepan, add chopped figs, raisins, water, rum, and brandy.
Bring to a simmer. Then, very carefully light the mixture and remove the pan from heat. Burn off alcohol for about a minute.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
In a third bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Once combined, stir in the fig mixture (let it cool slightly).
Add and mix in dry ingredients.
Fold in other dried fruits.
Butter a large Bundt (or angel food) pan.
Add two to three cups of water into a pot large enough to hold the Bundt pan.
Place the Bundt pan into the larger pot. The water should come at least halfway up the side of the Bundt pan. Remove the pan from the larger pot.
Scoop pudding batter into Bundt pan. Cover with foil.
Place the Bundt pan into the larger pot.
Cover the large pot. Bring it to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and let pudding steam for 2 hours.
Check water levels every 30 minutes or so.
After steaming, let the pan cool. Then, remove it from the larger pot.
Remove foil.
Flip pudding over onto a plate and remove Bundt pan.
Cut into serving slices.
Serve Figgy Pudding warm with whipped cream or whipped topping.

1 6-oz. can of frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 20-oz. bottle of white grape juice
1 20-oz. bottle of club soda

Blend all ingredients directly into a punch bowl.

Election Day Cake Ingredients
2 packages of active dry yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 teaspoons sugar
4 1/2 cups flour
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped nuts(optional)
1 cup dried fruit
1 can vanilla frosting
Instructions How to Make Election Day Cake Recipe
First, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add t teaspoons sugar and 1 1/2 cups flour. Use an electric mixer and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, cream butter and 1 cup sugar.
Sift the remaining flour, salt, cinnamon, ground cloves, and nutmeg.
Add eggs and mix well.
When yeast mixture is bubbly, add to creamed mixture along with remaining dry ingredients, beating until smooth.
Stir in raisins, nuts, and dried fruits.
Pour dough into a well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
Cover and allow to rise until doubled.
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Bake for one hour.
Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Turn the cake onto a cooling rack.
After the election day cake is cool, frost the cake with vanilla frosting.

Egg Nog Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 quarts of light cream
1 pint Cognac
1 cup light Rum
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar
Cinnamon
Directions How to Make Egg Nog Recipe
Separate egg yolks and whites.
Refrigerate egg whites until step #8.
In a large bowl, beat egg yolks well.
Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until well mixed and light.
Add light cream, stirring until well mixed.
Slowly stir in Cognac and Rum.
Cover and refrigerate until chilled. 2-3 hours.
About one hour before serving, beat egg whites until foamy.
Gradually add confectioner’s sugar, beating well.
Egg whites are ready when soft, fluffy peaks form as the beater is raised.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the eggnog.
Cover and place back in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Lastly, as you place the eggnog out to serve, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for effect.
Tip: This Egg Nog recipe is best served cold. However, don’t put ice in it as it dilutes the drink.

Egg Cheese Sauce Ingredients
1 can condensed Cheddar Cheese soup
1/4 cup milk
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
Broccoli or Cauliflower, cooked
1/4 teaspoon mustard
Parsley Flakes
Note: You can also use this as a warm dip at parties. Try it with raw broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and more!
Directions How to Make Egg Cheese Sauce Recipe
Cook broccoli or cauliflower until tender.
In a saucepan, stir soup and milk until smooth.
Stir in sliced eggs and mustard.

1 large can of crushed pineapple
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box white cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup walnuts, chopped

6 hard-boiled eggs, chilled, peeled, and cut lengthwise
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
salt and pepper to taste
real bacon, cooked and crumbled into bits
paprika
How to Make Deviled Eggs Recipe
Carefully scoop yolks out of the boiled egg halves.
Set egg white halves aside on a plate or a piece of waxed paper.
In a bowl, mix together with a fork the egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and a dash of salt and pepper.
Fill the empty egg whites with the egg yolk mixture.
Sprinkle a few bacon bits on top of each egg.
Sprinkle a little paprika over the egg for effect.
Set finished eggs onto a serving dish.
Serve chilled.
Lastly, store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
