Eggs Benedict Ingredients

4 eggs

2 English muffins

4 slices Canadian bacon

Hollandaise sauce

How to Make Eggs Benedict Directions

  1. Split and toast two English muffins.

  2. Warm the Canadian bacon.

  3. Poach the eggs in an egg poacher, until whites are cooked, and yolks begin to harden.

  4. Place toasted muffin halves on a plate.

  5. Put a slice of Canadian bacon on each half.

  6. Place a poached egg on the Canadian bacon

  7. Top with 1-2 Tablespoons of Hollandaise sauce.

Tip: If you prefer, you can cook eggs over light or scrambled.
