There must be hundreds of marshmallow fudge recipes. What makes this recipe so different, and therefore taste best, is that it was made by Grandma.

For the Record: In 2010, the Northwest Fudge Factory in Ontario, Canada made the world’s largest slab of fudge. It contained 705 pounds of butter, 2800 pounds of chocolate, and 305 gallons of condensed milk.
Marshmallow Fudge Ingredients
2 squares of unsweetened chocolate
1 package (3oz.) cream cheese
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
16 marshmallows, cut into small pieces
How to Make Marshmallow Fudge Directions
Melt the chocolate squares.
Cream the cheese until soft and smooth.
Add sugar to cream cheese, and mix well.
Mix in melted chocolate.
Add vanilla and salt, mixing well.
Arrange marshmallow pieces on the bottom of a greased 9 X 5-inch pan.
