Egg Cheese Sauce Ingredients
- 1 can condensed Cheddar Cheese soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
- Broccoli or Cauliflower, cooked
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- Parsley Flakes
- Note: You can also use this as a warm dip at parties. Try it with raw broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and more!
Directions How to Make Egg Cheese Sauce Recipe
Cook broccoli or cauliflower until tender.
In a saucepan, stir soup and milk until smooth.
Stir in sliced eggs and mustard.
Pour mixture over cooked broccoli or cauliflower.
Sprinkle parsley over the top.
Serve hot.
