Egg Cheese Sauce Ingredients

1 can condensed Cheddar Cheese soup

1/4 cup milk

1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

Broccoli or Cauliflower, cooked

1/4 teaspoon mustard

Parsley Flakes

Note: You can also use this as a warm dip at parties. Try it with raw broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and more!

How to Make Egg Cheese Sauce Directions

  1. Cook broccoli or cauliflower until tender.

  2. In a saucepan, stir soup and milk until smooth.

  3. Stir in sliced eggs and mustard.

  4. Pour mixture over cooked broccoli or cauliflower.

  5. Sprinkle parsley over the top.

  6. Serve hot.
