Cranberry Pumpkin Muffins Recipe Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups cranberries
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 2/3 cups pumpkin puree, cooked

First, preheat the oven to 350° F.
Next, halve the cranberries and set them aside.
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.
Then, in a separate bowl, mix together the butter, eggs, and pumpkin.
Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. (A few lumps in muffin batter is fine)
Fold cranberry halves into the batter
Put muffin cups into muffin pans.
Fill the muffin cups with batter until almost full.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Use a toothpick to test for doneness.
