Cinnamon Jumbles Cookie Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening, soft
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
How to Make Cinnamon Jumbles Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Mix shortening, egg, and sugar thoroughly.
Stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Add dry ingredients, mixing well.
Chill dough.
Drop dough onto a cookie sheet by teaspoon, 2 inches apart.
