Chocolate Truffle Cookie Ingredients
1 1/4 cups butter or margarine, softened
2 1/4 cups confectioner’s sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate of chips
1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
How to Make Chocolate Truffle Cookie
Preheat oven to 325°.
In a bowl mix cream, butter, sugar, and cocoa until light and fluffy.
Beat in sour cream and vanilla extract.
Add flour, stirring in well.
Stir in chocolate chips
Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Dip dough balls into chocolate sprinkles.
Place dough balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, with the sprinkle side up.
bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes.
Place warm cookies on a wire rack to cool completely.
