1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 package (3.9 oz.) of instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup cold water
1 cup whipped cream
Additional whipped cream for topping

First, in a large mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix, and water. Beat until well mixed.
