Avocados are good for you. One medium sized avocado contains approximately 18 to 20 grams of carbs, and only 200 to 300 calories. Of course, that’s before you add any other ingredients.
Avocado Dip Recipe Ingredients
1 clove garlic, peeled and split
2 ripe avocados halved and pitted
1 onion, grated
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 green chili pepper minced
1 slice tomato, diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
Directions How to Make Avocado Dip Recipe
First, rub a wooden serving bowl with garlic halves.
Scoop out the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl, removing any fibers.
Mash avocado with a fork.
Add and mix in the remaining ingredients.
Put dip into the wooden serving bowl.
Chill for a couple of hours.
Serve with crackers or taco chips.
