Chocolate Topping Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons dark cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups hot milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions How to Make Chocolate Topping Recipe
- First, in a sauce pan, blend sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt.
- Stir in hot milk.
- Put on low heat and stir until thickened.
- Blend a little sauce into the beaten egg.
- Then, pour into the saucepan, stirring constantly. over low heat for 1 minute.
- Remove the chocolate topping from the heat, Then,stir in the vanilla extract.
