Sweet Macaroni Salad Recipe

This sweet macaroni salad is great a picnics, parties and other events.

Sweet Macaroni Salad Ingredients:

• 1/2 box Ancini de Pepe Macaroni

• 1 large can pineapple chunks

• 1 can mandarin oranges

• 2 eggs

• 3/4 cups sugar

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 2 tablespoons flour

• 8 ounces cool whip

How to make Sweet Macaroni Salad:

1. Cook macaroni, drain and rinse.

2. Drain fruit, and save the juice.

3. Refrigerate the fruit.

4. Beat eggs and mix with sugar, salt and flour.

5. Add fruit juice and cook until it begins to thicken.

6. Remove from heat and pour over cooked macaroni. Stir mix into the pasta and let stand overnight in refrigerator.

7. Fold fruit and cool whip into the pasta.
