Lemon Lime Jello Cake Ingredients
1 package lemon cake mix
1 large package of lime jello
How to Make Lemon Lime Jello Cake Directions
Bake the cake in a 9-by-13-inch pan according to the directions on the box.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes.
While the cake is cooling, mix the jello according to the directions, and allow it to cool. But, do not chill.
Use a meat fork or chopsticks to poke holes into the cake, every 1/2 inch. Holes should go all the way through to the bottom of the pan.
Pour cooled jello on top of the cake. The jello will seep into the cake through the holes.
Place the cake into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, so the jello will set.
Remove from refrigerator and top with whipped topping.
Sprinkle candy sprinkles over topping.
