Egg Cheese Sauce Recipe

This is a very old Campbell's Soup recipe. The Egg Cheese sauce is served over cooked Broccoli or Cauliflower.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups of sauce

Egg Cheese Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 can condensed Cheddar Cheese soup

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 hard boiled egg, sliced

  • Broccoli or Cauliflower, cooked

  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard

  • Parsley Flakes

Note: You can also use this as a warm dip at parties. Try it with raw broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and more!


How to make Egg Cheese Sauce:

  1. Cook broccoli or cauliflower until tender.

  2. In a saucepan, stir soup and milk until smooth.

  3. Stir in sliced eggs and mustard.

  4. Pour mixture over cooked broccoli or cauliflower.

  5. Sprinkle parsley over the top.

  6. Serve hot.
