Traditional Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe
The traditional Buffalo Chicken Wings recipe calls for a very hot sauce.
You can make it even hotter or milder, to meet your taste. The first time
you make it, you will need to experiment a little, with just how much hot
pepper sauce is right for you. Add more or less hot pepper sauce, or use
a "hotter" or "milder" hot sauce to the recipe.
Buffalo Chicken Wings Ingredients:
2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken wings
vegetable oil for deep fryer
1/2 cup Frank's Redhot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (or your favorite hot
1/3 cup butter, melted (or margarine)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
dash garlic powder

How to make Buffalo Chicken Wings:
In a mixing bowl, add hot sauce, melted butter, paprika , and garlic powder.
Mix together well and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 375°.
Add chicken wings to hot oil and fry for 10-15 minutes until wings are a

Toss and turn wings in the sauce until well covered.
Place wings on a serving bowl or platter.
Serve hot with blue cheese and celery sticks.
