Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup celery, chopped
3 cups cheddar cheese, mild or sharp
two 8-ounce packs of cream cheese, softened
16 ounces of blue cheese salad dressing
12 ounces hot pepper sauce (add less if you do not like it really hot)
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, celery, and cheddar cheese.
In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together. Cream cheese and blue cheese salad dressing until smooth.
Stir in hot pepper sauce. Remember to use less, if you don’t want it really hot.
Pour the heated mixture into the mixing bowl with the chicken and cheese. Mix together well.
Pour the entire mixture into a 13″ X 9″ glass baking pan.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with warm or cold with crackers
